5 Tips For When you Are Feeling Overworked!

1) Notice How You Are Feeling

Life can be a lot… Right!?
The stress of everyday life can weigh us down and it can be hard to address how we are really feeling. However, this is the number one contributor that leads to meltdown level burnouts. REMEMBER YOU ARE YOUR FIRST PRIORITY!
Tip: Take a moment to connect with you, address how you are feeling and figure out what YOU need to be at your best.

3) Set Realistic Expectations

Don’t get in your own way and expect too much of yourself! It is easy to add on more but it is harder to take away. Putting too much on your plate is a recipe for feeling overworked.
Practice Self-Awareness and be realistic in the goals and jobs you take upon yourself.

4) Say No

It is okay to say No! In fact, it is healthy!

Practice setting healthy boundaries with others and understand while it might be tempting to always say yes it is healthy to sometimes to say no!
