Although we cannot share with you any of the specifics we can say that now with over 10 years of experience working together with Google in a variety of different programs we can safely say that we continue to enjoyed some of the biggest success stories from our work there.
"Still today their employees and team members who have moved on are in contact with the news that our programs changed their lives" Kevin Allen. 5/5 "He was not only the best speaker I've seen since joining Google, its possible he may have been the most engaging speaker I have ever listened to" |
“I found myself within a virtual world of my own making. My decisions had an impact on the next challenges in the simulation. I was able to make choices and recognize consequences where I received instant feedback, in terms of badges and points. Sometimes I was recycled through a scenario to take a different learning approach to achieving a better score, when I failed an important decision point. At least my lessons learned were better acquired in a simulation where I had a “do over,” then in a real life experience, where I may have been judged as a complete novice or absolute fool.”

“Our hospitalist group at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City had the immeasurable pleasure of hosting Kevin Allen for a lecture on ‘The Hidden Agenda.’ And let me just say that our group was literally blown away with Mr. Allen’s presentation! I carried so much away from his presentation but what I took away the most was the idea of one’s credo. People (patients in particular) will follow you much more when you have a belief system that aligns with their beliefs. And when that belief centers around making the patient better, then you both have just formed an alliance to meet (and exceed) that shared goal of better health! Because of Mr. Allen’s lecture, I have a newfound approach to the care of my patients: one that I feel makes me a more well-rounded and more connected physician.”

“The ethics game was really good. I took my time and played the game on multiple devices, in multiple locations including in London and Iceland. I had no problem accessing the game. I played a lot of the game on my phone in direct sunshine. The content and quality of presentation was excellent… I had a good time with the game. “

"Outstanding experience for my class... they focus on building the student's Emotional Quotient (EQ) which, from my own experience in the business world, is a bigger determinant of success than the student's Intelligence Quotient (IQ)... The games generated very animated discussions and debates as we discussed some of the scenarios and answers from the game, much richer discussion than from just using a text."
