Stage One - Disrupting the Status Quo
  • How to tackle bias and address discrimination wherever you find it.
  • How to create an equitable organizational culture in which team members are free to express their identities, fully, without fear, and free of stereotypes.
  • How to ask about personal pronouns without worrying.
  • How to recognize, surface and transform unconscious bias through real empathy.
  • How to promote transparent and equitable access to opportunities based on shared, ethical and agreed upon criteria.
  • How to create and manage safe gender-inclusive spaces.

Stage Two - Rebuild, Reshape, and Realign
